Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make technical decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Plan and execute software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and align technical solutions with business needs.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, including ITOM, Event Management, Integration, and Now Assist experience.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
