Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Develop and optimize Snowflake data warehouse solutions, including data models, database designs, queries, and large-scale data sets.
- Troubleshoot complex data-related issues and support cloud-based data storage integrations.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead software quality and delivery best practices and coordinate cross-functional development efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with multiple teams to align software development with organizational goals.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design principles for data warehousing.
- Experience optimizing query performance and managing large-scale data sets in Snowflake.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in data management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
