Base Salary
$127k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tactical software for the PAC3 RF Seeker system.
- Develop, analyze, and test software requirements, algorithms, and designs.
- Develop, execute, maintain, and document software tests for system requirement verification.
- Establish and maintain software development environments and processes for implementation, integration, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Develop and deploy software processes and tools, and troubleshoot software issues.
- Communicate technical content to stakeholders and support software project management.
- Track and evaluate software team and supplier performance against project plans and industry standards.
- Perform software research and trade studies.
- Assist with leading and mentoring junior software engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience automating software builds, unit tests, integration tests, deployment, and installations with a DevOps toolchain using Artifactory and/or GitLab.
- At least 3 years of software development experience on Windows or Linux.
- At least 1 year of embedded real-time software development experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a relevant Bachelor of Science degree with 5+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of directly related experience, or 13+ years of related experience.
- Experience with GNU toolchains and build products, real-time operating systems, small agile product-development teams, and leading software teams or projects is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance and meet U.S. citizenship requirements is required.
- Applicants must complete the CodeVue technical assessment as part of the selection process.
- Candidates must meet U.S. export control requirements as a U.S. Person.
