Base Salary
$143k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the named technical partner to prospective customers across CoreWeave’s infrastructure, models, Weave, observability, and inference platform.
- Design custom demonstrations and lead proofs of concept from beginning to end.
- Advise AI customers on best practices from the first technical conversation through production deployment and expansion.
- Partner with Account Executives on commercial opportunities and Specialist Field Engineers on deep technical domains.
- Represent the customer’s voice internally and help shape the product roadmap based on field feedback.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, AI-oriented solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures.
- Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
- Familiarity with running AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to solve complex and novel technical problems with enterprise customers and communicate technical concepts to engineering and executive audiences.
- Preferred experience with AI cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage, PyTorch, vLLM, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Slurm, Kubernetes, hyperparameter optimization, experiment tracking, ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, technical pre-sales, or high-performance GPU infrastructure.
