Base Salary
$199k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and implement algorithmic improvements for autonomous driving behavior.
- Develop strategies and intelligent behaviors that mitigate performance degradation under system failure modes.
- Architect scalable solutions and integrate them with the broader driving stack.
- Collaborate with Planner, Perception, Prediction, Hardware, validation, and other cross-functional teams.
- Define and execute tests for developed algorithms with validation teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in C++.
- Extensive experience with programming and algorithm design.
- Understanding of vehicle kinematics.
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
