Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models for instruction-specific and domain-specific performance.
- Develop and deploy scalable model fine-tuning strategies and API solutions for model integration.
- Optimize prompt engineering approaches to improve model responsiveness and accuracy.
- Evaluate and monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model enhancements into production environments.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, collaborate across teams, and provide mentorship.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience with Large Language Models is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, Generative AI, API Management, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and Python frameworks.
- Strong expertise in fine-tuning large-scale language models, particularly instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable API solutions for model integration and deployment.
- Ability to develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies and familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance monitoring tools.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
