Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation methodologies for large language models.
- Analyze model outputs, evaluate accuracy and relevance, and iterate on model optimization strategies.
- Work with large-scale datasets and perform preprocessing to support model training.
- Integrate AI models with APIs for deployment and optimize model performance in production environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI is stated as required in the additional information.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Python frameworks, API Management, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques for language models.
- Experience with large-scale datasets, data preprocessing, model evaluation metrics, API integration, and production troubleshooting.
