Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions.
- Translate customer needs, business processes, and requirements into technology and business solutions.
- Lead coordination of integration activities in alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and contribute to team decisions.
- Support junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is stated as required, with the additional information specifying a minimum of 8 years in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management is required.
- Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices is required.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable integration solutions is required.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements is required.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on practical and efficient solutions are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
