Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development follows engineering, compliance, security, and reliability standards.
- Collaborate across product teams and communicate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, and customers.
- Mentor and support junior engineers while contributing to technical strategy and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of ten years of experience.
- Technical expertise and leadership skills to resolve issues, meet product goals, and mentor junior engineers.
- Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Ability to define and fulfill solutions requirements for end users and collaborate across product development.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Understanding of the team's domain, business objectives, deliverables, and technical strategy.
