Base Salary
$79k - $111k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
- Analyze and interpret code, use script tools, and define necessary system enhancements.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
- Install and support customer-facing systems.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues and conduct testing and debugging.
- Identify problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions with limited direct supervision.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
- Assess and manage technology and compliance risks and escalate control issues transparently.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an applications development role.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.

- Primary location full-time base salary range of $79,320.00 to $110,680.00 per year.
