Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Act as a forward-deployed AI engineer to understand workflows and create automations.
- Design and deploy AI solutions using enterprise platforms.
- Create reusable patterns and templates for AI implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are safe and compliant.
- Influence AI tool selection and usage standards.
- Train technical and non-technical users on AI tools.
- Communicate AI concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Measure and report on the impact of AI deployments.
- Lead workshops and demos to promote AI transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software or machine learning engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI-powered systems.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-quality experience.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders for technical solutions.
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel for business needs.
