Responsibilities
- Own and drive CRQ, incident, problem, and work-order tickets through resolution.
- Provide production support while following ITSM processes for incidents, changes, and problems.
- Manage and troubleshoot DevOps workflows, including Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Use Linux commands and scripting to support applications running on file systems.
- Monitor applications and systems using Splunk, Dynatrace, or comparable tools.
- Write and maintain SQL queries using joins, subqueries, DML, and DDL.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience is stated in the role description, while a separate section lists 5–8 years.
- Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Git, Bitbucket, and XLR.
- Hands-on Linux skills, including command-line usage and scripting.
- Above-average SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, DML, and DDL.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Production support experience and familiarity with ITSM processes and tools.
- Good, confident communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
