Base Salary
$93k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI workflows, RAG applications, document intelligence pipelines, and workflow automation solutions.
- Translate business problems into lightweight, scalable AI architectures and working production systems.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies, orchestration logic, API integrations, data pipelines, and testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks.
- Prototype, validate, and release AI solutions on weekly or bi-weekly delivery cycles.
- Build reusable prompt templates, agent design patterns, and integration utilities.
- Contribute to standards for prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation, testing, AI governance, and responsible AI use.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine outputs and drive adoption.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and automation specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 6–10+ years of software engineering experience with recent hands-on work in AI/LLM systems.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and automation solutions in production environments.
- Cloud deployment experience with AWS or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, NotebookLM, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
- Desired experience with software deployment, data engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, workflow automation tools, and enterprise integrations.
