Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations, including Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Gather requirements, map business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams.
- Participate in application testing and debugging and resolve technical issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Manage team activities, provide solutions to immediate and multiple-team problems, facilitate knowledge sharing, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least five years of experience with Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques for seamless data flow.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Workday-related certification is mandatory.
