Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to identify business challenges and determine how Celonis can deliver impactful solutions.
- Present Celonis’s AI value proposition and vision and align solutions with customer AI strategies.
- Prototype and develop traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Execute proof projects and lead proof-of-concept projects within the Celonis platform.
- Develop and modify Celonis data models using SQL and analyses using PQL.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, implementation services, Product, and Engineering teams to design solutions and support value realization.
- Build trusted advisor relationships, deliver presentations to senior executives, and articulate and quantify strategic business value.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Extensive internship experience or 0–1 years of full-time work experience.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or another data analytics solution.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, technical curiosity, self-motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include a GPA of 3.6 or higher, Industrial Engineering or combined technical and business education, Python and machine learning experience, customer-facing or sales experience, proof-of-concept experience, supply chain or finance process knowledge, ROI/TCO modeling experience, SAP or Oracle experience, and French or Spanish fluency.
