Responsibilities
- Own features end to end from hypothesis, prototyping, and product discovery through implementation and production release.
- Design and run lightweight experiments to validate product ideas quickly.
- Engage with customers, partners, and Sales to identify and prioritize pain points.
- Build tracking and metrics to support data-driven iteration.
- Develop across the full stack and drive architecture and implementation decisions.
- Independently own initiatives while balancing rapid delivery with long-term scalability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end.
- Full-stack proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Hands-on experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Native or near-native German proficiency at B2 or above.
- Fluent English for team and cross-functional communication.
- Strong product mindset, broad ownership, and comfort extracting and owning relevant metrics.
- Experience integrating large language models or building AI-powered features is preferred.
- Availability for CET time-zone overlap.
Benefits
- Salary range of 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually plus equity.
