Responsibilities
- Embed with a portfolio of high-complexity client accounts to design, build, and deploy AI systems in real operating environments.
- Conduct deep discovery of client workflows, technical landscapes, organizational constraints, and sources of friction.
- Build production-grade agentic systems, including multi-step workflows, tool-calling architectures, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop governance.
- Navigate legacy systems, undocumented infrastructure, compliance requirements, and change-management challenges.
- Create deployment playbooks and feed field insights into architectural standards and tooling decisions.
- Travel to client sites and communicate with both frontline staff and senior technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or consulting.
- Proven experience building and deploying agentic AI systems that ran in production and were maintained.
- Deep familiarity with prompt engineering, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, observability, and guardrails.
- Strong integration and API skills, including experience working in complex or undocumented environments.
- Experience shipping systems inside large organizations and supporting them through ongoing operation.
- Strong consulting, communication, judgment, accountability, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
