Responsibilities
- Deploy, integrate, and optimize Tandem Health’s product in customer environments.
- Debug complex real-world problems across infrastructure, APIs, data flows, RPA, and configuration.
- Write clean, pragmatic code to adapt and extend systems for unique customer use cases.
- Collaborate with clinicians, partners, and internal teams to remove deployment blockers.
- Improve the product and automate deployment processes to make future rollouts more scalable and effective.
Requirements
- Strong programming and problem-solving ability.
- Curiosity, initiative, ownership, creativity, and comfort working in ambiguity and a high-velocity environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially German, are a plus.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, or C# is a plus.
- Experience integrating or deploying complex healthcare products is a plus.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation in web or Windows contexts is a plus.
