Responsibilities

Deploy, integrate, and optimize Tandem Health’s product in customer environments.
Debug complex real-world problems across infrastructure, APIs, data flows, RPA, and configuration.
Write clean, pragmatic code to adapt and extend systems for unique customer use cases.
Collaborate with clinicians, partners, and internal teams to remove deployment blockers.
Improve the product and automate deployment processes to make future rollouts more scalable and effective.

Strong programming and problem-solving ability.
Curiosity, initiative, ownership, creativity, and comfort working in ambiguity and a high-velocity environment.
Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially German, are a plus.
Experience with Python, TypeScript, or C# is a plus.
Experience integrating or deploying complex healthcare products is a plus.
Experience with Robotic Process Automation in web or Windows contexts is a plus.
