Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate security services and backend systems.
- Automate processes and replace manual, repetitive tasks.
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of services at scale.
- Support rollout, configuration, and maintenance of security services.
- Test, validate, and safely deploy changes to production.
- Document solutions for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or higher education in Computer Science, such as EFZ, HF, FH, or university education.
- Experience in a DevOps, Systems Engineering, or comparable technical role.
- Strong scripting experience and an automation-first mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Git, or comparable automation tooling.
- Solid understanding of Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with Azure services or strong motivation to develop Azure skills.
- Knowledge of monitoring, testing, and operational observability.
- Ability to design scalable and operationally sustainable automation-first solutions.
- Very good German and English language skills.
