Responsibilities
- Design, build, operate, and continuously improve scalable and resilient developer platforms and workplace solutions.
- Enable automation through CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and self-service tooling.
- Implement secure coding standards, SAST/DAST, and software supply chain security across the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and adopt technologies that improve platform capabilities and efficiency.
- Support adoption of AI coding assistants and autonomous agents for developer experience and engineering workflows.
- Guide and educate development teams while promoting DevOps best practices and culture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with developer workplace tools and solutions, CI/CD, code security, and AI coding assistance.
- Deep technical expertise in Azure cloud, automation tooling, and programming languages.
- Strong responsibility-taking, communication, and continuous-development mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills; German proficiency is advantageous.
