Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve system issues, and improve software performance and availability.
- Support software installation, upgrades, interfaces, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and customers.
- Capture client clarifications, respond to customer requests, collect feedback, and support on-time delivery.
- Maintain software quality, error-free code, customer satisfaction, and compliance with project coding standards.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory Python for Data Science skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software systems, data usage, workflows, and operational feasibility.
- Ability to design and execute software validation and testing scenarios.
- Ability to troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
