Responsibilities
- Lead technical design workshops with customers.
- Design, configure, implement, upgrade, and optimize the Fortanix platform.
- Provide customer training and enablement while driving product adoption and usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and manage support tickets.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting structures, integration guides, and knowledge-base articles.
- Differentiate feature requests from bug triage and identify automation opportunities for common issues.
- Represent customer needs to engineering, product management, and the broader company.
- Support customer success, renewals, expansion, and referenceability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Professional Services experience implementing enterprise IT security and infrastructure platforms, including HSM or KMS solutions.
- BE/MCA or equivalent education in computer science, information technology, or another technology-related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, scripting, DevOps, and automation tools.
- Experience with legacy HSMs and cloud KMS solutions, including AWS CloudHSM, AWS KMS, Google Cloud KMS, Azure Key Vault, and IBM Key Protect.
- Working knowledge of cryptographic interfaces including PKCS#11, CAPI, KMIP, CNG, and JCE.
- Experience with database encryption, tokenization, certificate management, and key and certificate operations.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and support customers across different time zones.
