Responsibilities
- Develop maintainable Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Build and maintain secure Salesforce integrations with third-party systems through REST and SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Use advanced Flow Builder logic to reduce unnecessary custom code.
- Conduct code reviews with the Technical Lead and provide mentorship.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and Salesforce sandbox environments using tools such as SFDX, Copado, and Gearset.
- Train CRM users and support continuous improvement of the application.
- Recommend application enhancements based on Salesforce features and user feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- At least four years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Salesforce Administration Certification, at minimum ADM201 and ideally ADX201.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly preferred; additional Salesforce certifications are appreciated.
