Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy and act as Deal CTO for complex strategic Cloud and AI partnerships from qualification through commercial commitment, execution readiness, transition, and early value realization.
- Build executive relationships, secure sponsorship, provide outside-in industry and competitive perspectives, and create preference for Microsoft.
- Shape enterprise architectures across cloud foundations, applications, data, databases, security, AI, enterprise IQ, agentic systems, and scaled AI adoption.
- Identify high-value processes for human-agent reinvention and co-design production solutions with engineering, industry, delivery, and partner teams.
- Develop customer value cases, technical narratives, transformation roadmaps, consumption plans, forecasts, and commercial constructs tied to measurable outcomes.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams, establish ownership and quality gates, manage dependencies, and execute disciplined handoffs to the field.
- Embed governance, Responsible AI, sovereignty, resiliency, observability, capacity planning, operational readiness, and adoption into transformations.
- Use and improve agentic tools, capture reusable intellectual property and feedback, and coach the Strategic Technical Lead community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in technical solution architecture, enterprise sales, business development, strategic consulting, technical consulting, or a relevant prioritized industry, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Relevant cloud, solution architecture, or related technical certification is preferred, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Experience spanning enterprise architecture, cloud, applications, data, security, AI, executive advisory, commercial strategy, and complex cross-functional execution is sought.
