$185k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end AI-powered products that improve creative workflows.
- Integrate state-of-the-art models to unlock new product experiences.
- Measure and improve system quality using experimentation and real-world feedback.
- Design systems that support intelligent behavior and efficient operation at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional industry experience.
- Track record of designing and developing ML systems in production.
- Deep experience with context engineering and token optimization.
- Experience building evaluation systems and agentic infrastructure.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
