Responsibilities
- Design complex automation suites for SAP, web, and mobile applications.
- Own automation framework scalability and maintainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and review code and test strategies.
- Coordinate automation planning with cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate and implement automation tools and technologies.
- Perform performance and scalability testing.
- Plan, design, and execute tests across multiple vendors and automation platforms.
- Promote coding and testing best practices and resolve test scope or priority conflicts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of development experience.
- Proven experience with Playwright, Appium, and/or enterprise automation tools such as UFT1.
- DevOps and CI/CD toolset and process experience.
- Demonstrated experience planning, designing, and completing tests in multi-vendor and international environments.
- Performance testing experience with JMeter, Load Runner, or Azure Test Load is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Magento is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Agile software development life cycles and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
- Strong mentoring, collaboration, critical-thinking, innovation, and conflict-resolution skills.
