Responsibilities
- Track frontier research in traditional ML, LLMs, multimodal models, retrieval, and agentic systems and identify ideas suitable for shipping.
- Partner with go-to-market and operations teams to identify product bottlenecks and define high-ROI ML projects.
- Own data curation, model training, evaluation, and deployment for targeted ML solutions.
- Integrate models into a real-time platform through robust APIs and streaming pipelines with performance monitoring and guardrails.
- Set the technical roadmap, validate ideas quickly, and iterate based on real-world results.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with cutting-edge machine-learning techniques.
- Fluency in PyTorch or JAX and modern model-serving frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience taking novel ML concepts from research to production with measurable financial or user-growth impact.
- Comfort with ETL, feature stores, cloud-native infrastructure, and A/B experimentation.
- Experience working with complex real-world data streams and building reliable training pipelines.
- Ability to understand customer workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions.
