Responsibilities

- Collaborate with GTM and ops teams to identify high-ROI ML projects.
- Own the full cycle of model development from data curation to deployment.
- Integrate models into real-time platforms via APIs and streaming pipelines.
- Set technical roadmaps and iterate based on real-world results.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with advanced ML techniques.
- Proficiency in PyTorch or JAX and modern serving frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into revenue-generating products.
- Experience with ETL, feature stores, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong data engineering skills with complex data streams.
- Ability to understand customer workflows and translate needs into solutions.
