Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical design and delivery of GenAI and agentic systems.
- Architect multi-agent workflows using LangChain, A2A protocols, and custom orchestration frameworks.
- Design and tune prompt architectures, context strategies including MCP, and hybrid RAG pipelines.
- Integrate AI services with Azure Foundry, Databricks, and core business systems.
- Lead engineering pods, mentor engineers, and drive technical alignment across product and platform teams.
- Optimize performance, latency, accuracy, vector stores, token-level controls, and prompt effectiveness.
- Define reusable templates, shared components, and internal GenAI SDKs.
- Enforce ethical AI, context control, prompt security, and hallucination-mitigation standards.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML/GenAI solutioning and at least 2 years of technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Python 3 and the openai, pydantic, transformers, faiss, and langchain libraries.
- Experience deploying scalable GenAI solutions using cloud-native design.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure cloud services, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with vector store optimization, token-level control, and prompt performance management.
- Bachelor's-level or equivalent listed degree qualification: BE, BTech, BCA, ME, MTech, or MCA.
- Preferred experience with MCP, A2A orchestration, custom agentic services, open-source GenAI tooling, prompt observability, compliance tooling, code reviews, architecture walkthroughs, brown-bags, hackathons, or community talks.
