Base Salary
$73k - $121k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within deployment teams to ensure successful client engagements.
- Capture customer voice and outcomes to drive business process documentation.
- Discover and clarify complex business requirements with stakeholders.
- Work with Project Managers and Solution Architects to design and deliver solutions.
- Configure systems in collaboration with customers to achieve business outcomes.
- Assess impact and feasibility of proposed solutions, including change management.
- Design, administer, and document functional acceptance tests and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience managing process improvement or facilitating change management.
- Demonstrated outcome-driven thinking and ability to make tradeoff assessments.
- Willingness to collaborate on company-wide initiatives across departments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and self-starter mentality.
- Experience working with or in Law Enforcement is preferred.
- Some coding experience, particularly with JSON and SQL, is preferred.
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
