Base Salary
$165k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and fix software features in the codebase
- Formulate problems, architect solutions, and design processes
- Train and deploy new AI models
- Analyze model performance and identify improvements
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance AI models
- Prototype, evaluate, implement, and iterate on solutions
- Drive project-level impact through technology solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a closely related technical field
- Two years of industry experience in automotive-industry software development
- Production-level software development experience
- Experience with model deployment, robotics integration and validation, and algorithm testing and debugging
- Experience with machine learning applications, GPU training, acceleration, and inference optimization
- Proficiency in Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorRT, CUDA, and Git
