Responsibilities

  • Develop machine learning algorithms and models for behavioral modeling and cybersecurity attack detection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, infrastructure, and product engineering teams to translate requirements into ML solutions and productionize models and ML-based features.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model development, and evaluation.
  • Monitor and improve production models through feature engineering, rules, and ML modeling.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to machine learning best practices and operational excellence.
  • Stay current with research in machine learning, data science, and AI.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar commercial role.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency with Python and machine learning toolkits such as pandas and scikit-learn; PyTorch or TensorFlow is optional.
  • Awareness of MLOps and best practices for productionizing machine learning models.
  • Familiarity with building data and metric generation pipelines using SQL or Spark.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred qualifications include LLM familiarity, cybersecurity experience, Airflow or similar ML pipeline orchestration experience, large-scale ML systems and data infrastructure experience, behavioral modeling experience, a PhD or equivalent proven ML research experience, and familiarity with AWS or Azure.
