Base Salary
$131k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AI/ML solutions on AWS for customer use cases.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and generative AI applications, including selecting and fine-tuning models.
- Identify high-value AI/ML use cases, gather customer requirements, and recommend implementation strategies.
- Conduct experiments, define GenAI performance benchmarks, troubleshoot delivery issues, and optimize solutions for performance and cost.
- Advise customers on responsible AI/ML practices, emerging technologies, and effective use of diverse data sources.
- Mentor team members, provide training, create reusable AI/ML artifacts, and prototype and evaluate new technologies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with machine learning or statistical modeling, data analysis tools and techniques, and performance parameters.
- Professional software engineering experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architecture, code reviews, source control, deployments, testing, and operations.
- Experience defining and creating benchmarks for assessing generative AI model performance.
- Experience applying quantitative analysis to business problems and working on multidisciplinary teams.
- US citizenship and an active TS security clearance are required.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS services knowledge across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies; cloud performance optimization and cost management experience; a master's degree or higher in a STEM field; and experience translating technical analysis into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
