Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for Greenfield accounts in the Nordics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to VP+ and BU-level leaders.
- Abstract learnings into reusable patterns for the Databricks community.
- Drive adoption of solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Mentor junior and professional Solutions Architects on technical discovery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical and client-facing roles.
- Deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and GenAI.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment.
- Experience leading technical discussions and solving complex architectural challenges.
- Ability to execute through ambiguity and identify emerging risks.
- Pre-sales experience is a plus, but deep technical expertise is essential.
- Must be based in Sweden or Denmark with excellent communication skills.
