Responsibilities
- Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and technical design sessions.
- Design end-to-end platform architectures integrating Airflow with cloud infrastructure.
- Review delivery work to ensure high standards for scalability and security.
- Diagnose and resolve issues during deployments and migrations.
- Build reusable tools and frameworks to improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or solution architecture.
- Expertise in Airflow, including authoring and deploying Dags to production.
- Experience tuning Airflow performance and implementing data quality checks.
- Proven track record of guiding customers through platform deployments.
- Strong background in designing cloud-native data platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Programming experience in Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
