Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure enabling agents to execute tasks reliably across dozens of iterations.
- Design and implement memory systems that retain months of client context from messy operational data.
- Develop evaluation harnesses used for production shipping decisions.
- Build, measure, test, fix, and improve agent systems across the full development loop.
- Ship agent systems for real customers and iterate based on production feedback.
- Contribute to infrastructure, orchestration, customer collaboration, and early hiring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping LLM agents that ran unattended in production for real users.
- Hands-on experience building evaluation harnesses used to make production deployment decisions.
- Experience with retrieval and memory systems for real operational data.
- Strong Python proficiency for building production systems end to end.
- Experience with agent orchestration, workflow management, failure recovery, or retry logic.
- Experience building agent tooling, frameworks, or libraries is preferred.
- Experience with human-in-the-loop or approval workflow systems is preferred.
- Open-source contributions or a founded technical project are a bonus.
