Base Salary
$191k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create novel, inspectable, and transparent interfaces for generative AI agents managing complex workflows.
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions.
- Lead by example through hands-on full-stack software development of dynamic, user-centric experiences.
- Develop onboarding and sharing mechanisms that support product-led growth.
- Define and drive the strategy for end-to-end AI feature development.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and performant systems for agentic applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Ember.
- 10+ years of experience with server-side web technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go.
- Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products, ideally with significant UI/UX involvement.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and generative AI, including retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, evaluation, and production monitoring of AI quality and safety.
- Demonstrated product mindset and ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into MVPs and iterate using data and user feedback.
- Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs, operate in 0-to-1 environments, and drive projects from conception through launch and adoption.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, engineering, and design teams.
