Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for Intune across web UI, Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, UX, end-to-end, build verification, and sprint sign-off testing.
- Configure and validate device enrollment, compliance, policy deployment, identity, and security scenarios.
- Troubleshoot test failures using logs, UI traces, and system configurations, and drive defect resolution.
- Optimize automation frameworks, test data, environments, pipelines, coverage, and execution stability.
- Use Azure DevOps for unattended and scalable test execution and provide quality dashboards and reports through Power BI and ADO Reports.
- Own QA activities and testing strategy for applications or modules, including quality risks, metrics, estimates, coverage, and release readiness.
- Mentor test engineers, review automation architecture and implementation, and represent QA in customer-facing discussions.
- Drive resolution of critical quality issues and improve test processes to reduce manual errors and production defects.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in SDET or test automation.
- Strong scripting or coding skills in TypeScript and C#, which are mandatory; JavaScript or Python experience is also relevant.
- Hands-on automation experience with Playwright, which is mandatory and preferred as the primary framework; Selenium or Appium experience is also useful.
- Working knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience validating Enterprise Mobility Management or similar device workflows.
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory, policy deployment, enrollment flows, identity models, and security models.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Git, including CI/CD and version control practices.
- Preferred experience with Graph API, backend validation, service-level testing, PowerShell, ADB tools, Xcode tools, and Wireshark.
- Preferred familiarity with CMSherlock, Geneva Synthetics, Intune, Endpoint security, MDM/EMM, UEM solutions, and LLM/Copilot-assisted or self-healing automation frameworks.
