Base Salary

$144k - $214k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate large-scale, low-latency distributed systems for conversational ad experiences.
  • Build and integrate sponsored prompt experiences using LLMs for personalized shopping content.
  • Partner with product managers, applied scientists, and engineers to deliver product and engineering initiatives end to end.
  • Collaborate across technical teams to solve challenging and novel problems.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in design and code reviews.
  • Drive operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
