Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and actions.
- Design and implement data migration and data integration solutions.
- Design, develop, and test model-driven and canvas Power Apps.
- Perform unit testing and ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define scope and own outcomes.
- Implement AI-powered automation within Dynamics 365 workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience.
- Hands-on implementation and development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CE Online.
- Experience with Dataverse schema design, data relationships, security roles, system workflows, custom workflows, and plugins.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Experience with Web APIs, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and data integration or ETL tools such as SnapLogic and SSIS.
- Understanding of event-based architecture and data streaming platforms such as Kafka.
- Working knowledge of Git.
- Knowledge of Power BI, monitoring and alerting tools, CI/CD tools, Jenkins, PowerShell, and MongoDB is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-600, MB-800, or MB-900 are preferred.
