Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, validate, and monitor Copilot Studio agents.
- Build Power Automate flows, Dataverse data structures, knowledge sources, and integrations supporting agent solutions.
- Apply best practices in prompt design, topics, orchestration, and grounding.
- Train associates and citizen developers through workshops, office hours, documentation, and coaching.
- Create reusable templates, guides, and best-practice resources.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into agent solutions and advise on when agent-based solutions are appropriate.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and platform standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- At least 1 year of experience with Copilot Studio.
- Experience designing conversational agents and translating business needs into solutions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include training or enablement experience, familiarity with AI Builder and Microsoft 365 Copilot, API and connector integration experience, Power Platform certifications, and a portfolio of delivered solutions.
