Responsibilities
- Accelerate migration of the batch processing platform from on-premises infrastructure to the OneTru Google Cloud environment.
- Design and implement AI-powered applications using large language models.
- Develop intelligent agents with planning, reasoning, tool-use, and workflow-orchestration capabilities.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation solutions using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Automate and standardize batch trigger and LFE configuration management using AI.
- Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize LLMs for enterprise use cases.
- Implement prompt engineering, model fine-tuning strategies, and guardrails.
- Develop AI-powered testing automation and improve platform reliability, operational efficiency, and time-to-market.
Requirements
- Expert-level Python proficiency.
- Experience designing and implementing applications with large language models.
- Experience developing agentic AI architectures and intelligent agents.
- Experience building retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
- Knowledge of model evaluation and benchmarking, embedding models, and vector databases.
- Experience with SQL and REST APIs.
- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Google Cloud Platform experience is preferred.
