Base Salary
$165k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and document end-to-end Salesforce solutions across relevant Salesforce clouds and industries.
- Lead technical architecture workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, technical design sessions, and documentation.
- Manage the technical delivery of integrations, custom extensions, testing, technical scope, and client expectations.
- Translate business process flows into technical use cases and integrate processes across disparate systems.
- Lead and mentor team members, including delegating, reviewing work, coaching staff, and coordinating US-based and offshore developers.
- Work with Enterprise, Information Security, Integration, and Data Architects, Project Managers, customers, Development Leads, and Account Managers.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, demos, and client oral presentations.
- Educate customers as a Salesforce.com evangelist and travel as needed.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of consulting experience and 5–7 years of Salesforce.com experience.
- 5–7 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
- At least 5 years of experience managing external client projects.
- Prior team management and people-management experience, including mentoring, delegation, work review, and coaching.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce standard applications, web application development, Salesforce integration, APIs, Apex, Lightning, AppExchange, and industry AI solutions.
- Knowledge of Force.com technical limitations, technical and integration design patterns, and business application development patterns.
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and enterprise software deployments using XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline is preferred.
- Salesforce Application Architect, Certified Systems Architect, or Technical Architect certification is preferred; Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Ability to design and optimize business processes, lead technical workshops, document architectures, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Benefits
- Estimated base salary is $165,000–$190,000 annually, with eligibility for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program.

- United States-based position with willingness to travel required.
- Inclusive of annual incentive compensation, the total estimated compensation range is $198,000–$228,000.
