Base Salary
$125k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI transformation programs from strategy and architecture through implementation, adoption, and measurable business value realization.
- Gather stakeholder, customer, partner, and business sponsor insights to shape AI-centric projects and outcomes.
- Define solution architectures using architecture descriptions, decision logs, and requirements-and-constraints traceability.
- Design secure, scalable solutions spanning applications, agents, data, integration, identity, governance, and operations.
- Explain architecture tradeoffs, costs, deployment implications, and operational requirements to technical and business stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into delivery strategies, technical roadmaps, and scalable architectures while managing risks, resources, and expectations.
- Govern proofs of concept and pilots through design, build, deployment, peer review, quality control, and production readiness.
- Resolve cross-domain risks and blockers, create reusable architecture intellectual property, build senior customer relationships, and mentor technical teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 6+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree in one of these fields plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing multiple projects or portfolios.
- At least 1 year of experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience designing and delivering AI-centric enterprise solutions across applications, data, integration, identity, security, and operations is preferred.
- Experience guiding proofs of concept or pilots through architecture governance, peer review, and production readiness is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate architecture tradeoffs, customer value, cost, and operational implications is preferred.
- Technical or professional certification in a relevant domain is preferred.
- Experience with generative AI and agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, agentic frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation architectures, and orchestration patterns is preferred.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $124,500-$214,600 per year, with a separate range for specified San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area locations.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
