Base Salary
$240k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build platform and backend systems at Siro, including recording, integrations, and AI agents.
- Own the end-to-end development of key features from architectural decisions to deployment.
- Design and build scalable backend services for real-time processing of sales conversations.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create elegant technical solutions.
- Own the health of systems and make data-driven decisions.
- Evolve development practices and tooling for sustainable scaling.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Excited to work in the NYC office 3+ days a week.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, databases, API frameworks, and cloud platforms like GCP.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a first-principles mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
