Base Salary
$189k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions for Ramp’s largest and most complex customers.
- Understand customer pain points, scope product specifications, and build agents that autonomously implement solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals, activate customers, and expand customer value.
- Contribute to the core product engineering roadmap and make prioritization decisions between custom solutions and broader initiatives.
- Develop deep domain expertise within a core product area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
- Extensive experience building with and for agents.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for customer-facing work.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously develop technical expertise.
