Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand technical requirements, workflows, and business challenges.
- Design, build, and deploy solutions using client companies’ core technologies.
- Develop integrations, applications, APIs, data pipelines, and custom technical solutions.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, sales, and customer teams to support successful deployments.
- Debug technical issues across customer and product environments.
- Translate customer needs into product and engineering insights.
- Develop reusable tools, infrastructure, and deployment best practices.
- Support customers throughout implementation and product adoption.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience building production systems.
- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems, codebases, and technical environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented mindset combined with strong engineering judgment.
- Comfort working across coding, architecture, debugging, implementation, and customer conversations.
- Interest in working closely with customers and seeing the direct impact of solutions built.
