Responsibilities
- Run application onboarding workshops with delivery squads to discover scope, prioritize work, and schedule onboarding.
- Configure Flowsource catalog YAML, entity definitions, ownership, dependencies, lifecycle tags, and application integrations.
- Connect Git repositories, JIRA, Azure Boards, test management, and ServiceNow to the Flowsource Catalog and dashboards.
- Resolve malformed repositories, missing CODEOWNERS, broken webhooks, repository permission gaps, and stale ITSM mappings.
- Train delivery teams to create components using self-service golden path templates.
- Track and report application onboarding health, recent activity, build and deploy status, story synchronization, and DORA telemetry.
- Feed recurring onboarding blockers to the Platform Engineering Specialist for template and scaffolder improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of application development or DevOps experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with GitHub Enterprise Cloud, Azure Repos, AWS CodeCommit, and Bitbucket.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Azure Boards configuration and ServiceNow integration basics.
- Comfort working with YAML, JSON, and basic scripting.
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
