Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI and generative AI applications, systems, infrastructure, and architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Build and deploy AI/ML models and agentic solutions, including proof-of-concepts and points-of-view for industry use cases.
- Translate client and stakeholder requirements into robust, scalable, and operable solutions.
- Write high-quality, efficient, and testable code using Python and other languages.
- Participate in architectural decisions, design workshops, and the development of reusable AI/ML and GenAI architectures.
- Set engineering best practices and mentor AI engineers in coding and problem-solving.
- Deploy and maintain AI/ML solutions across Kubernetes, web applications, Databricks, and similar platforms.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, solutioning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, identify opportunities, generate proposals, and present solution value propositions.
Requirements
- BTech, Master’s, or PhD qualification.
- 5–8 years of professional experience building and deploying AI and generative AI solutions on premises or in cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud for AI/ML solution deployment.
- Experience with OpenAI on Azure, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or Gemini AI.
- Experience building and deploying agentic frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
- Strong Python and/or PySpark programming skills, plus experience with SQL and data modeling.
- Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
- Experience designing AI solutions using microservice-based architectures.
- Experience integrating authentication and security measures into machine learning operations and applications.
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on Kubernetes, web applications, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with MLOps, MLflow, batch prediction, real-time endpoint workflows, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation Templates, and Responsible AI concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, client engagement, and stakeholder-management skills.
