Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI and generative AI applications, systems, infrastructure, and architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build AI and machine learning models and translate client requirements into scalable, operable solutions.
- Create proofs of concept and points of view for cross-industry use cases and identify opportunities for generative AI to solve business problems.
- Write high-quality, efficient, and testable Python and other-language code.
- Make architectural decisions, establish engineering best practices, and facilitate design and architecture workshops.
- Mentor AI engineers in coding best practices and problem-solving.
- Deploy AI and machine learning solutions on cloud, Kubernetes, web application, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, solutioning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, present solutions, and develop proposals for potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in a relevant field, as indicated by the BTech/Masters/PhD requirement.
- 5–8 years of professional experience building and deploying AI and generative AI solutions on-premises or in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of data processing, data structures, algorithms, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI and machine learning solutions on Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
- Experience using and orchestrating large language models with OpenAI, Azure, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or Gemini AI.
- Experience building and deploying agentic frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
- Experience with Python and/or PySpark, SQL, data modeling, microservice-based architectures, authentication security, and MLOps.
- Experience deploying solutions on Kubernetes, web applications, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with MLflow, batch prediction, real-time endpoint workflows, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, client collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Knowledge of responsible AI concepts and a strong background in Azure-based AI and data technologies.
