Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy production-ready full-stack applications using Java, .NET, and Python.
- Design scalable, cloud-native application architectures with attention to performance, maintainability, and integration.
- Build and maintain API, microservices, and event-driven integrations using REST, GraphQL, Kafka, and message queues.
- Deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud with attention to portability, cost, and performance.
- Implement practical AI features using cloud AI services and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Apply code reviews, testing, secure coding practices, and enterprise security standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, infrastructure teams, and senior architects, including providing hands-on support and mentorship.
- Stay current with full-stack, cloud, and AI technologies and improve software development practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- Seven to twelve years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including at least two years in a lead developer or junior architect role focused on application-heavy systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, together with 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, and Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience deploying solutions in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
- Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, LLMs, automation, and AI/ML integration.
- Experience with REST APIs, message queues, microservices architecture, and cloud-native services such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, and GCP Cloud Run.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of secure coding, IAM, encryption, and basic enterprise security standards.
- AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or similar certification is preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
