Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend APIs and services for the agentic platform.
- Build the agent identity and machine-to-machine authentication system.
- Develop the agent knowledge base and memory layer for context retention.
- Create the observability layer for agents, including tracing and audit logs.
- Establish the governance and safety layer for policy enforcement and content filtering.
- Build the orchestration layer for coordinating multi-step agent workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform layers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production backend systems.
- 1+ years of exposure to AI/ML or agentic applications.
- Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
- A security-conscious mindset regarding credential handling and trust boundaries.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
